Visitor agrees that the personal data provided for registration may be included in the organizer's database and used by the organizer for figuring our demand and promotional purposes. The organizer of the exhibition, uses the visitor’s personal information only for these purpose. 

1. Private Information to be collected :  Company Name, Position, Department, Name, Mobile, E-mail

2. Personal Information Collection Purpose : For demanding forecasting and promotion 

3. Retention and Use Period for Personal Information : In principle, after the purposes of collecting and using personal information has been fulfilled, the Company shall, without delay, destroy relevant information

* A user may reject the collecting of personal information. However, when a user rejects it, then the user may have some limits in opening and downloading the document.

BOOTH TYPES AND DETAILS

#01 Raw Space

Exhibitors must coordinate booth design directly with the officially designated booth construction company. Please note that office regulations may limit the choice of construction companies. Once a company is selected, its details, including contact information, must be submitted to the secretariat.

Booth Fee 3,000 USD (per booth, 10% VAT will not be added to TAX-sparing country)
Provision Only Exhibition area corresponding to the number of applied booths (1 booth: 3m x 4m)
※ A minimum of 2 booths (24㎡) must be ordered

#02 Shell-scheme Booth (Standard)

The organizer will arrange the collective installation of standard booths.

Booth Fee 3,600 USD (per booth, 10% VAT will not be added to TAX-sparing country)
Provision Space, Booth Walls, Carpet, 3 Spot Lights, Fascia Board, 220v 1kw
*Per Company : 220v Outlet 1 Socket, 1 Information Desk, 4 Chair, 1 Round Table (1 booth: 3m x 4m)

#03 Premium Booth
